eduScrum is a classroom adaptation of the Scrum agile framework, developed by Willy Wijnands in the Netherlands beginning around 2011, in which the teacher acts as Product Owner (defining what must be learned), student teams self-organize around the how, and learning is structured into time-boxed Sprints with shared events and a transparent visual board called the Flap.
