Hello everyone, my name is Sara and I am a maths teacher at UWC Robert Bosch College in Germany. I joined the course that started on May 5th, so I am just at the beginning. I have not used AI much beyond a few not very satisfying attempts to create lesson activities and resources, but am interested in a) possibly getting better at that and b) finding out how else AI can be used. As Vicente above, I am also not convinced that using AI directly in class by students is a good idea (at least not at this moment) but am rather interested in if/how it can help me become a better teacher. At the same time I feel conflicted about using AI considering the amount of energy it requires and the potential climate/environmental consequences of this.
